701 — Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 701 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 701 platform ("Company", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using the 701 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 701 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
701 is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 701 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. The 701 platform will never request your password via email or any external communication channel.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Any unauthorised access must be reported to customer support immediately.
- Providing false or misleading registration information may result in account suspension.
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with any other party.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 701 platform user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing another individual to use it.
- Carrying out any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means for any transaction on the 701 platform.
- Disrupting the experience of other users or the platform's systems by any means.
The 701 platform reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account and reporting to the authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 701 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via platform-approved payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made via payment methods listed on the platform.
- The account holder name for your bank account or e-wallet must match your registered username.
- Any deposit that fails to process will be refunded in accordance with the platform's current policy.
- 701 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are only permitted to an account registered under the same user's name.
- The platform reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Any winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms will be voided.
- Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to 701's prevailing platform policies.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
701 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or unauthorised access to user accounts resulting from the user's own negligence. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
The 701 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised use of the platform has occurred. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy, subject to any required investigation.
The 701 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk, and we recommend reading the relevant terms and privacy policies before use.
All content on the 701 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of the 701 platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
701 platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Continued use of the 701 platform after any updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
